Use Lobby Kiosk
Check in, finish paperwork, leave feedback, or schedule from the front desk tablet.
Use the lobby kiosk when you are at the clinic and the front desk tablet is available.
Who does this: Patients and caregivers at the clinic.
Steps
Start at the front desk tablet.
Select Check In if you are here for today's appointment.
Select Start Check-In.
Enter First name, Last name, and Date of birth.
Select Find Appointment.
Select Yes, Check Me In on the matching appointment.
Select Complete now for each required item if Complete before check-in appears.
Select Done on the completion screen.
Tip: The kiosk may also show Finish Intake Paperwork, Feedback, or Schedule.
Troubleshooting
The kiosk cannot find my appointment. Check the spelling and date of birth, then select Try Again.
The kiosk says tasks are pending. Complete the listed tasks before checking in.
