Steps
Open your clinic's patient portal link.
Enter your email address.
Request a sign-in code.
Open the code from your email or text message.
Enter the code on the portal page.
Your portal home page opens.
Common pitfall: Use the email address your clinic has on file.
Troubleshooting
I did not get a code. Check your email and phone, then request another code.
The code does not work. Request a new code and enter the latest one.
