Manage Appointment Links

Review, check in, reschedule, or cancel from an appointment link.

Use an appointment link to review visit details and complete available appointment actions.

Who does this: Patients and caregivers.

Steps

Open the appointment link from your clinic.

Review Appointment Details.

Check Provider, Date & Time, Visit Type, and Appointment Type.

Select Open Secure Waiting Room if this is a video visit and the room is ready.

Select Check In if check-in is available for today.

Select Reschedule Appointment if your clinic allows online changes.

Select Cancel Appointment if you need to cancel.

Enter Reason (optional), then choose Yes, Cancel or Keep.

The appointment page updates after the action is saved.

Common pitfall: Some actions appear only before the appointment time or after clinic approval.

Troubleshooting

The appointment link says it is invalid or expired. Ask the clinic to send a current link.

I do not see reschedule or cancel options. Your clinic may not allow that action online for this appointment.
