Steps

Open the check-in or appointment link from your clinic.

Review the welcome screen and continue.

Confirm your appointment details.

Review any consent or permission screens.

Complete the live check-in if your clinic requests it.

Wait for the completion screen.

Your clinic can see that check-in is complete.

Common pitfall: Check-in may only be available on the day of your visit.

The link does not open. Ask the clinic to send a fresh link.

The page asks for camera or microphone access. Allow access if your clinic uses live pre-visit check-in.
