Use Clinic Home Page

Use the clinic home page when your clinic gives you one place to book, sign in, or find care information.

Who does this: Patients and caregivers.

Steps

Open the clinic home page link.

Review the clinic name, specialty, website, and action cards.

Select Schedule or Schedule an appointment to book a visit.

Select Our Team to view providers.

Select View profile on a provider card if you want more details.

Select Patient Login to sign in to the patient portal.

Select Self-service Kiosk only when you are using the front-desk tablet.

Select Reviews if your clinic asks you to share or review feedback options.

Tip: Provider profile pages may include a Book with action.

The page does not open. Check the link spelling or ask the clinic for the current page.

A card is missing. That option may not be enabled for your clinic.
