Manage Portal Appointments
Review, check in, reschedule, cancel, or book from the portal.
Use portal appointments to review upcoming visits and take available appointment actions.
Who does this: Patients and caregivers.
Steps
Open the patient portal.
Select Appointments.
Review Upcoming and Past appointments.
Select Schedule New Appointment to book another visit.
Select Calendar to add an appointment to your calendar.
Select Check in if the appointment is today and check-in is available.
Select Reschedule or Cancel if you need to change a visit.
Enter Reason for cancellation (optional) in Cancel Appointment.
Select Cancel Appointment to confirm, or Keep Appointment to close the dialog.
Common pitfall: Check in appears only when check-in is available for that appointment.
Troubleshooting
Check-in says items are pending. Select Complete now on any item listed under Complete before check-in.
Reschedule is disabled. The appointment may be too close, already completed, or waiting for clinic approval.
