Steps
Open the treatment plan link from your clinic.
Review the clinic name shown at the top.
Review the plan title.
Check Prepared for and Updated details.
Read the plan content.
Contact your care team if you have questions about the plan.
Common pitfall: Use the most recent treatment plan link your clinic sent.
Troubleshooting
The page says "Treatment plan not found." The link may have expired or been removed. Contact the clinic for a current copy.
I disagree with something in the plan. Contact your care team before making changes to your care routine.
