Review Portal Profile
Check your profile details in the patient portal.
Use the portal profile to review the name and contact information your clinic has on file.
Who does this: Patients and caregivers.
Steps
Open the patient portal.
Select Profile.
Review Your Profile.
Review Personal Information.
Check Full Name, Email, and Phone.
Read Need to update your information? if something is incorrect.
Contact your clinic directly to request profile changes.
Tip: Profile details are read-only in the portal.
Troubleshooting
My phone says it is not available. Contact the clinic if your phone number needs to be added or changed.
My name or email is wrong. Ask the clinic to update your record.
