Who does this: Patients and caregivers.
Steps
Open your appointment link.
Review the appointment date, time, and provider.
Complete any pending pre-visit items.
Select Open Secure Waiting Room when the room is ready.
Allow camera and microphone access if your browser asks.
Wait for the provider to join.
The video visit begins when the care team joins.
Common pitfall: The waiting room may not open until close to your appointment time.
Troubleshooting
I cannot join yet. Check the appointment time and finish any required paperwork.
My camera or microphone does not work. Refresh the page and allow browser permissions again.
