Configure Lobby Kiosk
Turn on kiosk mode for front-desk patient check-in.
Configure the lobby kiosk so patients can check in from a front-desk tablet.
Who does this: Clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Settings.
Open Scheduling, then choose Kiosk.
Turn on Enable kiosk in Kiosk mode.
Choose the Assigned locations where the kiosk should be available.
Review Tablet enforcement.
Select Save changes.
Kiosk mode is updated for the selected locations.
Tip: Add active locations before assigning kiosk access.
Troubleshooting
No locations appear. Add or activate locations under Organization before returning to Kiosk.
Patients cannot use the kiosk. Check that Enable kiosk is on and the right location is assigned.
