Set Provider Availability
Add weekly availability for a provider.
Set provider availability so the calendar and booking flow can offer the right times.
Who does this: Clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Settings.
Open Scheduling.
Select Provider Availability.
Choose the provider you want to edit.
Turn on each day the provider is available.
Choose the start and end times for each enabled day.
Select Save schedule.
The provider's availability is used when appointments are scheduled.
Tip: Use Add override for a one-day change.
Troubleshooting
No provider is listed. Add the provider on Team first.
Patients cannot book a time. Check that the appointment type also allows the provider.
