Search and filter the practice audit trail.
Review the audit trail when you need to check important staff and clinician actions.
Who does this: Clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Settings.
Open Audit Trail.
Use All, Patient access only, Settings, or Templates to choose a scope.
Use All actions to filter by action.
Use All resources to filter by resource.
Use Search by user name or action... to search the table.
Review When, Who, Action, Resource, and Section / fields.
The audit trail shows entries that match the selected filters.
Tip: Start with a scope filter, then narrow by action or user.
Troubleshooting
No entries match. Clear the search and return the filters to All.
I cannot open the audit trail. Ask an administrator to review your access.
