Review Patient Activity
Review recent patient activity from the chart.
Use the activity log to understand recent changes, visits, paperwork, and communication for a patient.
Who does this: Front desk staff, providers, and clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Patients from the main menu.
Find the patient and open the chart.
Open Activity log.
Review the activity timeline.
Use the activity filters to focus the list.
Select All to return to the full activity log.
Tip: Use activity review before calling a patient about recent paperwork or visit changes.
Troubleshooting
No activity appears. The patient may not have recorded events yet.
The list looks incomplete. Clear filters and reopen Activity log.
