Review Patient Messages
Review patient conversations from the patient chart.
Review patient messages to see telehealth chat and portal conversation history in one place.
Who does this: Providers, front desk staff, and clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Patients from the main menu.
Find the patient and open the chart.
Open Messages.
Use Search by message, sender, or mode... to find a conversation.
Use By mode to review Telehealth messages.
Read the conversation history.
Tip: Portal message review may appear as a coming-soon option until your practice enables it.
Troubleshooting
No messages appear. The patient may not have telehealth or portal conversations yet.
Search returns no results. Clear the search box and review the full message list.
