Set Timezone and Locale
Set practice time and formatting defaults.
Set timezone and locale so schedules, reminders, and patient-facing dates appear correctly.
Who does this: Clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Settings.
Open Organization, then select Timezone & Locale.
Choose Organization timezone.
Use Search timezone... if needed.
Choose or enter the locale your practice uses.
Select Save changes.
Scheduling and date formatting use the updated defaults.
Common pitfall: Changing timezone can affect how future appointments appear.
Troubleshooting
Times look wrong on the schedule. Check Organization timezone and the timezone on each location.
The locale does not save. Use a standard locale value, or choose one from the list.
