Update Organization Profile
Edit the practice identity and contact information.
Update the organization profile when your practice name, contact details, or mailing address changes.
Who does this: Clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Settings.
Open Organization.
Select Organization.
Update Legal name, Display name / tagline, Specialty, or Website.
Update Office email and Office phone.
Update the Mailing address fields.
Use Replace if you need to upload a new logo.
Select Save changes.
The organization profile uses the updated details.
Common pitfall: Patient-facing pages may show the display name, logo, and contact details.
Troubleshooting
The website will not save. Make sure it starts with a full web address.
The logo did not update. Use an image file under the upload size limit.
