Create a Clinic Account
Register a clinic with an invite code.
Create a clinic account when you have an invite code and need to set up a new workspace.
Who does this: Clinic administrators.
Steps
Open the sign-up page.
Enter the Invite Code, then select Next.
Enter your full name, email, and password on Create Your Account.
Select Create Account.
Enter the clinic name, email, phone, and address on Organization Details.
Select Create Organization.
The new clinic workspace opens after setup.
Common pitfall: Invite codes can expire. If the code fails, request a new code before trying again.
Troubleshooting
The code is not accepted. Check the code for extra spaces or ask the sender for a new code.
The email already has an account. Sign in first, then continue setup.
