Invite Team Members
Send an invite to a teammate from Team settings.
Invite a teammate when they need access to your clinic workspace.
Who does this: Clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Settings.
Open Team.
Select Invite a teammate or Invite.
Enter First name, Last name, and Email.
Choose Person type and Access role.
Select Send invite.
The teammate receives an invite email.
Common pitfall: Choose the access role carefully. It controls what the teammate can change.
Troubleshooting
The invite cannot be sent. Check whether the email is already on the team list.
The teammate cannot accept the invite. Send a new invite if the old one expired.
