Accept a Team Invite
Join a clinic workspace from an invite link.
Accept an invite when a clinic has added you to its team.
Who does this: New team members.
Steps
Open the invite link from your email.
Review the clinic name shown on the Join page.
Enter your email and password if you already have an account.
Select Sign In & Join.
Enter your name, email, and password if you need a new account.
Select Create Account & Join.
Your clinic dashboard opens after the invite is accepted.
Common pitfall: If the invite says it expired, ask an administrator to send a new invite.
Troubleshooting
The invite says it was already accepted. Go to sign in and use the email address that received the invite.
The email is already in use. Use the sign-in option on the invite page.
