Use New Chat

Ask Zscribe for help from the dashboard.

Use New Chat when you want help finding information or starting a workflow.

Who does this: Front desk staff, clinicians, and administrators.

Steps

Open New Chat from the main menu.

Select the message field.

Enter the question or task you want help with.

Send the message.

Zscribe replies in the chat thread.

Common pitfall: Keep patient names specific enough for your team to choose the right record.

Troubleshooting

The reply is not what I expected. Add more context, such as the patient name, appointment date, or workflow.

I need to do a task myself. Use the main menu to open the matching area, such as Patients or Schedule.
