Update Practice Branding
Set the brand color and patient-facing messages.
Update practice branding when patient-facing pages should match your clinic's style and tone.
Who does this: Clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Settings.
Open Organization, then select Branding.
Set Brand color.
Enter a Welcome greeting.
Enter a Thank-you message.
Select Save changes.
Patient-facing accents and messages use the updated branding.
Tip: Keep patient-facing copy short and clear.
Troubleshooting
The color will not save. Use a valid color value from the picker.
The message appears too long. Shorten the greeting or thank-you message, then save again.
