Who does this: Front desk staff, clinicians, and clinic administrators.
Steps
Open the assigned intake from the patient record or intake list.
Review the status areas for Assigned and Completed.
Open Responses to review submitted form answers.
Open Signed Consents to check completed consent documents.
Review the timeline for patient activity, including Patient opened link and Patient started form.
Select Co-sign if the intake includes a consent that needs staff confirmation.
The completed paperwork is ready for the visit team to review.
Common pitfall: Do not mark paperwork complete until the required sections appear on the intake detail page.
Troubleshooting
The response is missing. Confirm the patient completed every required section.
A consent needs staff confirmation. Use Co-sign from the intake detail page.
