Share an intake link when a patient needs another copy.
Send an intake link again when a patient cannot find the original message.
Who does this: Front desk staff and clinic administrators.
Steps
Open the patient record.
Open the assigned intake the patient needs.
Select Copy Link if you want to share the link yourself.
Select Send Notification if the system should send the patient another message.
Confirm the patient's contact details if the patient still cannot find the link.
The patient can open the intake from the new message or copied link.
Common pitfall: If the link expired, create a new intake assignment instead.
Troubleshooting
The patient still cannot open the link. Check whether the link expired or was sent to the wrong contact detail.
The wrong patient received the link. Stop and ask an administrator to review the patient record before sending anything else.
