Review the reputation dashboard to understand patient feedback, ratings, and follow-up status.
Who does this: Clinic administrators and front desk staff.
Steps
Open Reviews from the main menu.
Review the Reputation summary at the top of the page.
Use Date Range: to choose the reporting window.
Review Rating over time and How patients feel for trend changes.
Check Feedback pipeline to see request progress.
Open Recent reviews to read recent patient comments.
The dashboard shows the feedback picture for the selected period.
Tip: Change the date range before comparing provider or rating trends.
Troubleshooting
The dashboard looks empty. Choose a wider date range, then check whether feedback requests have been sent.
A recent comment is missing. Confirm the review was submitted inside the selected date range.
