Send Feedback Requests
Send a patient a link to rate their experience.
Send a feedback request when you want a patient to rate a visit or share comments.
Who does this: Clinic administrators and front desk staff.
Steps
Open Reviews.
Select Send feedback.
Choose the Patient in Send feedback request.
Use Search patient... if the list is long.
Choose Visit attribution or select No specific visit.
Choose a Delivery channel: Email, SMS, or Email + SMS.
Select Send request.
The feedback request is queued for the patient.
Common pitfall: Email delivery requires an email address, and SMS delivery requires a phone number.
Troubleshooting
The request will not send. Check that the selected patient has the contact detail needed for the delivery channel.
The request should not count toward a provider. Choose No specific visit under Visit attribution.
