Export Reputation Reports
Download a reputation report for the selected date range.
Export a reputation report when your team needs a shareable summary of feedback results.
Who does this: Clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Reviews.
Use Date Range: to select the period you want to report on.
You can export up to 366 calendar days at a time.
Review the dashboard to confirm the numbers match the selected period.
Select Export.
The report downloads for the selected date range. Zscribe retrieves every page of eligible Google reviews in that range before creating the file, rather than exporting only the reviews currently visible on the dashboard.
Tip: Set the date range first. The export uses the same period as the dashboard.
Google reviews are counted, not quoted. Exports include each Google review's rating, sentiment, and date, but not its text or the reviewer's name — those stay in the dashboard. Your own patient feedback exports in full.
Troubleshooting
The report has the wrong period. Change Date Range: and export again.
The report has no responses. Confirm the selected period includes submitted feedback.
