Export Reputation Reports
Download a reputation report for the selected date range.
Export a reputation report when your team needs a shareable summary of feedback results.
Who does this: Clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Reviews.
Use Date Range: to select the period you want to report on.
Review the dashboard to confirm the numbers match the selected period.
Select Export.
The report downloads for the selected date range.
Tip: Set the date range first. The export uses the same period as the dashboard.
Troubleshooting
The report has the wrong period. Change Date Range: and export again.
The report has no responses. Confirm the selected period includes submitted feedback.
