Join Provider Telehealth
Join a video visit from the provider room.
Join provider telehealth when a scheduled video visit is ready.

Steps
Open the telehealth visit from the appointment or encounter workflow.
Review the Provider telehealth room page.
Confirm the visit shows Ready.
Check the Patient and Provider details.
Select Join room.
Use Start camera or Stop camera as needed during the visit.
Select Leave when the visit is finished.
The provider leaves the video visit.
Common pitfall: Confirm the patient name before joining the room.
Troubleshooting
The room is not ready. Confirm the appointment time and visit setup.
Joining fails. If the page shows Provider join failed, try again or contact support.
