Open the Encounter Workspace
Open the visit workspace from the encounter list.
Open the encounter workspace when you need to capture, review, or finish a visit.
Who does this: Clinicians, with help from front desk staff when needed.
Steps
Open Encounters from the main menu.
Find the visit in the list.
Use the status filters, such as Completed or Signed, if you need to narrow the list.
Use the visit mode filter if you need to show Telehealth visits.
Select the visit row or its open action.
The encounter workspace opens.
Common pitfall: If you open the wrong visit, return to Encounters and choose the correct row.
Troubleshooting
The workspace does not open. Select Try Again if the page shows a session error.
I need to leave the error page. Select Return to Sessions.
