Manage Form Library
Filter, preview, duplicate, update, archive, or restore forms.
Manage the form library when you need to review existing forms or maintain reusable paperwork.
Who does this: Clinic administrators.
Steps
Open Settings.
Open Templates.
Select Forms.
Use Status to filter by All, Active, Draft, or Archived.
Use Type to filter by All, System default, or Custom.
Open a form row or its actions menu.
Use Preview, Duplicate, Update system fields, Archive, Restore, or Delete as needed.
The form library reflects the selected action.
Common pitfall: Archived forms cannot be used for new patient paperwork.
Troubleshooting
A form is missing. Check the Archived status filter.
A system default has an update. Use Update system fields from the row actions menu.
